Cinci Council Committee passes city parking plan


Cincinnati City Council’s Budget and Finance Committee voted Monday to approve a long-term lease of the city’s parking system. The approved motion allows the city to lease parts of the off-street parking system for 50 years and all of the on-street parking system for 30 years for an up-front payment of approximately $92 million and at least a 50 percent share of annual net operating income.
